О ЈАСЕНОВАЧКОМ СИСТЕМУ
ХРВАТСКИХ ЛОГОРА ЗА ИСТРЕБЉЕЊЕ
СРБА, ЈЕВРЕЈА И РОМА

Међународнда комисија за утврђивање истине о јасеновачком систему хрватских логора за истребљење Срба, Јевреја и Рома одржаће редовни састанак у Бањалуци, Република Србпска – Босна и Херцеговина, 26. и 27. априла 2009. године.
На дневном реду је разматрање одлука и задатака – постављених на четвртој Међународној конференцији о Јасеновцу и у тада усвојеној Деклерацији.
Деклерацијом је предвиђено да владе држава Босне и Херцеговине, Хрватске и Србије предузму кораке да УНЕСКО стави под међународну контролу обједињено подручје Јасеновачких логора – сада се налазе у Хрватској и Босни и Херцеговини.
Размотриће се шта је учинила Република Српска на уређењу Спомен подручја Јасеновац: Доња Градина и да ли је донела закон за уређење и трајно одржавање стратишта.
Посебну тачку дневног реда представљаће:
1) проблем смањивања броја убијених Рома у Јасеновачким логорима – што чини власт Републике Хрватске,
2) уклањање спомен плоча на масовним гробницама Рома и
3) недопустиво уништавање трагова масовног страдања Рома у Уштицама, у Хрватској, где је убијено око 25.000 Рома.
Међународна комисија ће издати званично саопштење о броју мучених и побијених Срба, Јевреја и Рома у Јасеновачком систему логора.
Размотриће се шта су Владе Босне и Херцеговине и Србије учиниле да се пред Међународним судом правде у Хагу покрене поступак против Хрватске за геноцид почињен у Другом светском рату над Србима, Јеврејима и Ромима, као и да се покрене поступак за надокнаду штете преживелим логорашима и потомцима.
Затражено је од влада Србије, Босне и Херцеговине и Хрватске да се у програме школа и универзитета уведе наставна јединица о Јасеновачком систему хрватских логора за истребљење Срба, Јевреја и Рома.
Затражено је од Владе Свете Столице да отвори архиву и дозволи приступ документима о Јасеновцу – одговор није уследио.
Поред наведених, размотриће се и друга текућа питања.
Дана 26. априла 2009, чланови Комисије ће присуствовати парастосу јасеновачким мученицима у Доњој Градини.
Комисија се
обратила председнику Владе Републике Хрватске, др Иви Санадеру и
Влади Хрватске, да обезбеде несметану посету делу јасеновачких
стратишта на територији Хрватске, али се, са жаљењем, утврђује -
Хрватска није дала позитиван одговор и није у стању да гарантује
безбедност и несметан приступ Јасеновцу чланова Комисије.

The international
commission
for defining the truth
regarding the Jasenovac’s system
of the Croatian death camps
for the biological extermination
of Serbs, Jews and Gypsies.

Account
The international
commission for defining of the truth in regard to the
Jasanovac’s system of the Croatian death camps which intended
the biological extermination of the Serbs, Jews and Gypsies will
hold a regular meeting in Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska –
Bosnia & Herzegovina, on 26. and 27. April in the year
of 2009.
The agenda is the examination of the tasks and the decisions,
which were established during the 4th international conference
about Jasenovac and the at that time acknowledged declaration.
The declaration
stipulates that the governments of Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia
and Serbia take actions, so that the UNESKO will place the area
of the Jasenovac death camp under international control; the
area of the concentration camp of Jasenovac is today located in
Croatia and party in Bosnia & Herzegovina.
It will be
reviewed what Republic of Serbia has exactly arranged to
maintain and organize the memorial sign of area of Jasenovac (Donja
Gradina) and or it has realized any laws in order to the
maintain the former death camp.
The special subjects of the agenda represents:
1) the problem that the number of the total killed Gypsies in Jasenovac are being reduced what is being conducted by the Croatian government;
2) the removement of the memorial signboard from the mass grave of victimized Gypsies and
3) the elimination
of the traces of the mass murdering of the victimized Gypsies
from the place of Usticama, in Croatia, where 25.000 Gypsies
were killed.
The international
commission will provide the officially report about the total
number of the tortured and murdered Serbs, Jews and Gypsies in
Jasenovac.
It will also be reviewed what the government of the Republic of
Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have done to put forward (at
the international Hague Tribunal) the charges against Croatia
regarding the genocide over the Serbs, Jews and Gypsies during
WW2. The procedure to compensate the damage against the survived
and their relatives must also be put forward.
It is demanded
from the governments of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and
Croatia to enter in the education of the schools and
universities lessons regarding the Jasenovac’s system of
Croatian concentration camp for the extermination of the Serbs,
Jews and Gypsies. It is also demanded from the Vatican to open
its archives and allow presence of the documents concerning
Jasenovac.
The other
questions will also be put foreword during the meeting.
On 26. April. 2009, the members of the commission will be
present during the parastos dedicated to the victims of
Jasenovac. The commission addressed to president of the
government of the Republic of Croatia dr. Ivo Sanader to ensure
a save visit to the former death camp of Jasenovac which is
located on the territory of Republic of Croatia.
Unfortunately Croatia did not provide a positive answer and was
not able to guarantee safety to the commission during their
visit to Jasenovac.
