The  newly 'undemocratically' elected EU president Herman van Rompuy  outlined his vision of Global Government at the climate conference  in Copenhagen . Ayear ago, this stuff was the beat of cranks and conspiracy theorists. Now we have the new "President" of the EU declaring an era of global governance, Gordon Brown and Nicolas Sarkozy planning global laws for finance and the attempt by world powers at Copenhagen to create a system of government that would put husbandry of the planet above national laws. What does it mean for the EU and what are Serbia's prospects in becoming an EU member, to find out we are joined by
